The Brockville Country Club is one such course! The following provides you with all you need to know to get organized and to have a great round of golf at the Brockville County Club.
Please enjoy all the amenities of our Club.

BOOKING PRIVILEGES:
A) Green-fee'rs may individually or up to a foursome, book up to three (3) days in advance of day of play.B)  Groups of twelve (12) or more may be booked up to one (1) month in advance of day of play. PREFERRED TEE TIMES:
The BCC is a Members course, with a number of leagues running each week. Also members tend to play early Saturday and Sunday mornings. You may wish to consider the preferred guest times listed below. You are more than welcome to check the Pro Shop for other times, but the preferred times might ensure you have a more relaxing and enjoyable round.
- On weekends, the afternoons are not as busy. Members tend to fill up the mornings. Also Monday afternoon is good.
- Twilight leagues run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, so earlier is better.
- Wednesday morning there is a senior mens league, so later in the morning works best.
- Tournaments tend to run on Mondays or Fridays, but not always, so it is a bit of the luck of the draw.

THE COURSE:
Check the “Course” section of this BCC web site. It provides a hole-by-hole description and photos of what you will be playing. There is no yardage book available but this section will give you tips on how to play each hole. And some of the holes are tricky, so take note!

RANGE BALLS:
The Range and range balls are available for guests. Tokens are available at check in for a minimal charge. So come early to warm up.

PUTTING GREEN:
A putting green is available for your use prior to your round of golf. You will find that the greens are true, quite fast and can be tricky. So leave a little time to also warm up on the putting green.

DRESS CODE:
The BCC has a dress code as below. Please advise your group and dress accordingly so that no one will be embarrassed at check-in or on the course.
Men: Golf slacks or shorts with min 5 inch inseam, together with golf shirt, having full or mock collar; sweater and/or turtleneck. Shirts must be tucked at the waist.
Ladies: Golf skirt, slacks or shorts with min 5 inch inseam, together with golf shirt, sweater and/or turtleneck. Collarless shirts to have sleeves, sleeveless shirts to have collars.
NOTE: No tank-tops, t-shirts, muscle shirts, tube tops, halter tops, hockey or football sweaters, sweat pants or blue jeans.

SOFT SPIKES:
The BCC is a “soft spikes” only golf course. And please, no bare feet. You might wonder why we have to mention “no bare feet”, but some people are just amazing.

PREFFERED TEES:
Playing from the proper tees will make your day more enjoyable, and also assist speed of play. There is no advantage to trying to be a hero. Better to enjoy your round. Check with our starter and he will recommend the right tees for you based on your handicap, thus ensuring you have an enjoyable game.

POWER CART USAGE:
Power carts are available for your use; and given some of the elevation changes, a cart can be an advantage. PLEASE NOTE the instructions day-by-day as to whether full fairway, 90 degree rule or cart path only. EXIT SIGNS are posted before each green; please observe. Carts are to remain on the cart path on all par 3's. And remember, it's golf. Your driving does not have to emulate Dale Earnhardt Jr.

SLOW PLAY:
Everyone enjoys their game more when it moves along at a good pace. So please play “ready” golf. Your group should complete your round in about 4 hours and 15 minutes or less. If you do hit a slow spot and you have a group on your tail, please allow them to play through.

FOOD & DRINK:
The lower golf lounge is available to all golfing guests before you play the course or following. Also be aware that there is a half-way house between the green of #9 and the tee box of #10, where snacks and drinks may be obtained (yup, has beer). In addition, a golf food & beverage cart is on the course during peak hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, no coolers are allowed on the course or we get in trouble with the government.

SMOKING POLICY:
The Clubhouse is a non smoking facility. A designated smoking area is provided on the patio at the southwest corner of the clubhouse. Please use receptacles.

PRO SHOP:
The BCC has a fully equipped Pro Shop with everything needed for your golfing needs. As a guest, you are more than welcome to browse and purchase what you require or might like as a memento of your great round at the Brockville Country Club. The Pro shop is around to the north side of the Club House, just back of the #1 tee and starter hut.

DIRECTIONS:
401 Westbound: Take 401 EXIT 696 south on Stewart Blvd to King Street in the Center of Downtown Brockville. Turn right  and travel west on King Street (Hwy #2) to the westerly edge of Brockville. The club is on the right (north side) just outside the City.

401 Eastbound: Take 401 EXIT 678 east onto Highway #2 for 7 km to the Club which will come up on your left (north side) just before the Brockville City limits.

The BCC welcomes all guests to the Brockville Country Club. And good luck playing our challenging course. We happen to think you are going to need it! But remember, golfers improve when they play challenging, fair, well maintained courses, so we trust the Brockville Country Club will help you improve your game.
